How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a specific size guide and fit notes. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we recommend checking the 'Fit & Fabric' section for item-specific measurements.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Avara ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and cart before checkout.
